Impala^&reg; is powered&nbsp;by the new, more powerful and more efficient version of the&nbsp;3.6L direct-injected V6 Variable Valve Timing (VVT) engine. This powerhouse delivers 300 hp @ 6500 rpm and 262 lb-ft of torque @ 5300 rpm. DI is Direct Injection, which helps deliver great fuel economy¹while improving vehicle performance.
