I have had a problem with TPMS sensors for several years on my 2014 Corvette. I had the sensors replaced multiple times by my trusted local tire shop, but have had a persistent Sensor Failure on the R Front tire. Since the problem was so intermittent, I was reluctant to take it to the dealer. I finally was able to reproduce the TPMS sensor failure and took it straight into H+K. Service Advisor Rachel quickly grabbed her code reader, and was able to scan the fault before it reset on its own. The resolution was to replace the non-OEM TPMS Sensor with a GM sensor. Voila! problem fixed! I also want to give a shout out to Sara at GM Social Media. I reached out to GM social media after learning their email address from the Corvette Forum. Sara was extremely helpful, staying in touch with the dealer and providing updates. Great customer service! Sara Chevrolet Customer Care 100483477 gets my GM employee of the month award!

They had the perfect truck with the exact limited options I wanted, and I was happy to drive 2 1/2 hours to pick it up. Everything went smoothly and timely.

Groundhog chewed through a coolant hose in our garage, causing the vehicle to lose coolant and trigger over heating warning light while driving. Called into service, H&K brought us a loaner and picked our car up alongside the road, and had our car repaired and back to us the next day.
